Of course, building and participating in the community of golf cart enthusiasts isn’t only an online activity, which is why we are attending two upcoming shows. The first is the Springfield RV and Camping Show, which runs from the 17^th – 20^th of February, at the Springfield Expo Grounds in Springfield, VT. Over 200 exhibitors will be in attendance, including Five Star, of course. As we’ve stated before, we think campers can enjoy numerous benefits from bringing a golf cart along on their camping excursions. They allow access to otherwise unavailable trails and locations, help you keep your day filled with fun activities by greatly reducing travel time, and are perfect for running down to the camp store to pickup some marshmallows or lighter fluid. And if there’s a town nearby, a low speed vehicle like the EZGO 2Five will allow you to travel on roads with speed limits of 35 MPH or less, giving you the ability to explore the local area without burning lots of gas.

Campground owners, as well, use golf carts and utility vehicles on a daily basis to keep their campgrounds running. Hauling mulch or firewood, quietly keeping tabs on the camp at night, resupplying bathrooms, and much more can all be handled by a utility vehicle.

The second show we will be participating in is found in the decidedly warmer climate of Las Vegas, NV. Each year, the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America holds a large golf industry show. This year there will be more than 600 exhibitors, product demos, a test drive center, classes from experts and industry leaders, and more. This is one of our favorite events to participate in because camping and golf carts go together like peanut butter and jelly. From January 25^th – 27^th, we will be at the National PGA Show in Orlando, Florida. As you might imagine, the PGA merchandise show is a huge event and we are thrilled to be participating. Like many of EZGO’s golf carts, the Express S4 comes in both an electric and a gas model. The specs on both are impressive, so the decision comes down to personal preference and purpose. Though many like the sound of the gas model’s maintenance-free battery, electric cars are becoming increasingly popular.
